Founding Provider Members help fund the launch of an independent, plain-English track and provider directory for peer recovery credentials. Inclusion is never paid for; founding membership adds presence and profile depth on top of the free listing layer.

Why this exists

Aspiring and current peer professionals deserve a clear, non-conflicted view of how to enter and stay in their credential. Training providers deserve a directory that lists them on merit and disclosure, not on lead-buying or hidden routing. We’re building both, starting with NY CRPA and CARC.

How the directory works

Every credential-relevant provider in our covered states can appear in the free baseline directory. Providers can claim their listing and earn a Provider-Verified badge by self-confirming accuracy — at no cost. Founding membership adds enhanced presence on top of that, never instead of it.

What providers never buy

  • Inclusion in the directory.
  • Validation or endorsement by RecoveryCoaching.com.
  • Lead routing or referrals.
  • Editorial control over track content or comparisons.
  • Exclusivity in any market.
  • User or peer data.
  • Affiliation with NYCB, OASAS, IUA, or any credentialing body.

Trust architecture

Paid tier status does not alter relevance logic. An irrelevant paid provider will never appear above a relevant free provider. Paid status is disclosed on every provider card via a clear tier label.

Founding cohort window

We’re funding the launch through aligned founding provider members rather than outside capital, so the infrastructure is shaped by the field from the beginning. Founding pricing is one-time only and reflects the early-cohort window.
